How to issue a claim

If an item is not stored, packed and shipped by alafnanistore.com, it is not covered by alafnanistore.com warranty.

1 - Send us an email to [email protected] with your order number and the item to be repaired.

2 - An email will be sent containing a small form that needs to be filled up with your information. After filling up the form send it to [email protected].

3 - We will schedule a collection date. Pack the item in its original state and packaging. Do not remove any bar code or labels on the box. Hand over the package to the courier representative.

3 - Item will be inspected. If the terms apply, the item will be repaired and shipped back to you as soon as possible.
